摘  要:目的:建立溪黄草中5个二萜类成分的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC-DAD法,以溪黄草中的二萜类成分诺多星为内标,建立其与药材中延命素、黄花香茶菜甲素、毛栲利素、毛果青茶菜素的相对校正因子(RCF),分别采用一测多评法和外标法计算该药材中5个二萜类成分的含量,并比较两种测定法所得结果的差异。结果:一测多评法和外标法测定5个二萜类成分含量的RSD<3%,表明二者之间没有显著性差异。结论:建立的一测多评方法可同时测定溪黄草中5个二萜类化合物的含量。Ojective:To establish a QAMS method for the simultaneous content determination of five diterpenoids in Rabdosia serra.Methods:Nodosin was used as the internal standard to establish the relative correction factor(RCF)of enmein,sculponeatin A,lasiokaurin,isodocarpin.The contents were calculated by QAMS and external standard methods,respectively,and the results obtained by the two methods were compared.Results:The RSD of five diterpenoids contents by QAMS and external standard methods was less than 3%,and there was no significantly difference between the two methods.Conclusion:It is feasible and accurate to determine the contents of five diterpenoids in Rabdosia serra by QAMS method.
