中医分期辨治小儿疳证体会

摘　　要：通过总结临床并结合历代医家经验,将小儿疳证辨证分为疳气证、疳积证及干疳证三大主证,分为初期、中期、后期及恢复期4期治疗。治疗原则以调和脾胃为主,兼顾肺、肾,常用六君子汤、玉屏风散等方加减治疗,同时需注重日常调护。附验案1则,以资验证。By summarizing the clinical experiences combined with those of the doctors of all dynasties,the syndrome differentiation of infantile malnutrition is divided into three main syndromes,including mild malnutrition,mild malnutrition with accumulation and dryness malnutrition,and the treatment can be divided into four phases,including initial phase,middle phase,later phase and convalescent phase.The therapeutic principle focuses on regulating the function of the spleen and stomach,giving consideration to the lung and kidney,the prescriptions such as Liujunzi Tang (六君子汤) and Yupingfeng San (玉屏风散) etc. are commonly used in addition or subtraction treatment,while attention should be paid to daily care.One proved case is attached for verification.
