石丹散联合归黄紫草膏治疗儿童Ⅱ度烫伤35例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察石丹散联合归黄紫草膏治疗儿童Ⅱ度烫伤的临床疗效。方法选取2014年8月至2016年8月在湖州市中医院皮肤科门诊就诊的Ⅱ度烫伤患儿70例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各35例。对照组予康复新液联合莫匹罗星软膏治疗,治疗组予石丹散联合归黄紫草膏治疗,2组均治疗14 d后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.14%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组烫伤面积及疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组烫伤面积及VAS评分均较同组治疗前明显缩小/下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组缩小/下降更显著(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组创面愈合时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率均为5.71%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论石丹散联合归黄紫草膏治疗儿童Ⅱ度烫伤疗效满意,既能缩短烫伤创面的愈合时间,保护创口,减少溃烂皮肤的感染,促进局部肉芽组织增生,又可缓解疼痛,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shidan San (石丹散) combined with Guihuang Zicao Gao (归黄紫草膏) in the treatment of Ⅱdegree scald in children.Methods Seventy cases of Ⅱdegree scald in children consulted in out-patient service of dermatology department in Huzhou Municipal Hospital of TCM were chosen and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each.The control group was given Kangfuxin Ye combined with mopirocin ointment,while the treatment group was given Shidan San combined with Guihuang Zicao Gao,and we kept statistics after the two groups were both treated for 14 days.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the area scald and visual analogue scale (VAS) scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the area scald and VAS scores of the two groups all significantly shortened or decreased compared with the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group shortened or decreased more significantly (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the wound healing time of the treatment group was shorter,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups was both 5.71%,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion It has satisfactory curative effect to combine Shidan San with Guihuang Zicao Gao in the treatment of Ⅱ degree scald in children,which not only shortens the healing phase of the area scald,protecting the wound,decreasing the infection of ulcerated skin,and promoting local granulation hyperblastosis,but also relieves the pain. And it is safe to use,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
