中医外治法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染临床应用进展

摘　　要：归纳总结临床常用且已被证实的治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效确切的中医外治法,包括香佩疗法、穴位敷贴、耳穴贴压疗法、推拿疗法以及多种外治法联合或外治法与内治法联合等。认为临床可结合患儿自身情况及各种外治法的特点,多种外治法联合使用,或在常规内治法的基础上联合至少1种外治法,内外合治,相辅相成,以提高疗效。并提出临床研究中存在的问题,为临床提供参考。This paper generalizes and summarizes the clinical commonly used and proven effective external treatment of children with repeated respiratory tract infection,including sachet-therapy,acupoint application,auricular point therapy,tuina therapy,and a variety of external treatment combination or combination of external treatment and internal treatment.It is believed that clinical treatment can be combined with children’s own conditions and the characteristics of various external treatment,or at least one external treatment can be combined on the basis of routine internal treatment.Combination of internal and external treatment complements each other to improve the curative effect.It also puts forward the existing problems in clinical research to provide a reference for clinical practice.
