摘　　要：结合参与的搬迁项目实践,总结了多方面的经验与教训,并结合当下我国钢铁行业供给侧结构性改革的新要求,分析了我国城市钢厂环保搬迁的风险与挑战,提出了对策与建议,为国内后续环保搬迁项目实现高质量可持续发展,在战略和具体策略上提供了有效参考。Combining with the practice of relocation projects, the paper summarizes the experience and lessons from various aspects.Combined with the new requirements of supply-side structural reform of China’s steel industry, it analyzes the risks and challenges of environmental relocation of China’s urban steel mills, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions, provides effective references for the domestic follow-up projects requiring environmental relocation to achieve high-quality sustainable development in terms of strategies and specific strategies.
