摘　　要：本文结合项目的实际情况和应用经验,以聚丙烯装置反应物料中氢组分检测为例,简要介绍工业色谱仪的选型、过程分析取样、预处理系统的设计与应用特点,并详细地描述了色谱分析系统的选型及设计思路,提出了典型的过程分析系统的设计、组成及安装注意事项,为今后其它装置过程分析系统的设计、升级及改造提供借鉴意义。By taking the hydrogen composition measurement in reactant of polypropylene plant as the example and combing the practical application with the applied experience, this paper aims to introduce briefly the lectotype of industrial chromatograph, the sampling of analysis process, and the design and application characteristics of pretreatment system. The paper also describes the lectotype of industrial chromatograph and design ideas, and proposes the design and installation considerations of a typical process analysis system. In addition, it provides a reference for the design, upgrade and modification of process analysis system for other projects in the future.
