摘　　要：目的:探讨优化医疗仪器设备管理的模式。方法:结合本医院使用的医院仪器设备设施管理系统,同时借鉴国内不同版本的医院仪器设备设施管理软件和拆分的医疗仪器设备管理系统、医院维修管理系统等,注重有些工作程序交叉相近的特点,寻找更优化的设备资产管理模式。结果:立足本医院的实情,设计整合出一个集资产管理与设备运行管理二合一,线上和线下相结合的管理系统模式。结论:该管理模式使得资产管理变得更透明,通过调取设备电子档案,不仅能了解该设备的多方面详细信息,而且对该设备的使用现状也一目了然。这将对设备的使用周期管理、更新换代带来非常大的帮助。Objective To explore the optimized model of medical instrument and equipment in the hospital. Methods The usage of the medical instrument and equipment system in our hospital, referring to the management system software and the maintenance in the hospital, the intersection process is laid emphasis. Thus, a more optimized model is formed. Results Based on the practice of the hospital, the management model is established combining the assets management with equipment operation management as on part, as well as the online and offline ones. Conclusion With the setup of the model, management turns out to be more transparent. Not only the multi-aspects detailed information is well acquainted, but also the state of the in-use equipment is explicit. Those do great help to the cycle management and their upgrades.
