摘　　要：学科知识体系和研究方式与政治和行政实践的对接,是行政学本土化路径的要义所在。在研究方式上,美国有以逻辑实证主义为基础的技术路径和以后官僚主义为基础的价值路径,而中国有政治学路径和管理学路径。中国行政学本土化研究路径和学术体系的未来发展,需要运用复合理性的系统思维,在网络化治理的技术基础上,在行政的中国场景、专业场景和未来场景中,在理论与实践充分结合中,在科学和价值的交互融合格局中,在网络化时代和新时代国家治理现代化的叠加场景中,进行准确的认知和实践。The docking of disciplinary knowledge system and research methods with political and administrative practices is the key to the localization of administration.In terms of research methods,America has a technological path based on logical positivism and a value path based on post-bureaucracy,while China has a political path and a managerial path.Based on the technology of networked governance,the research path and academic system of China’s public administration need systematic thinking of compound rationality in the real Chinese administrative practice,in the full integration of theory and practice,in the interactive and integrated pattern of science and value,and in the superimposed scene of network era and national governance modernization in the new era.
