摘 要:针对联合作战火力打击任务规划综合评估量化分析与评定标准制定困难的问题,提出一种基于专家评分法和熵权法相结合的融合评分算法。通过层次分析法梳理联合火力打击任务规划的主观和客观评估指标,通过构造数学模型和专家评分的方法获取评估指标,通过熵权法获取熵权重,进而计算出综合评分,通过仿真实验验证了方法的有效性。仿真结果表明:该方法能够快速实现联合作战火力打击任务规划的综合评估,并兼顾了指挥员临机指挥的主观决策倾向,相比于现行的联合火力打击任务规划综合评估方法具有明显优势。Aiming at the difficulty of making comprehensive evaluation quantitative analysis and evaluation criteria for joint combat firepower mission planning, a fusion scoring algorithm based on expert scoring method and entropy weight method is proposed.Through the analytic hierarchy process, the subjective and objective evaluation indicators of the joint firepower mission planning are sorted out, the evaluation index is obtained by constructing the mathematical model and the expert scoring method, the entropy weight is obtained by the entropy weight method, and then the comprehensive score is calculated, and the method is verified by simulation experiments.The simulation results show that the method can quickly realize the comprehensive evaluation of the joint combat firepower mission planning, and take into account the subjective decision-making tendency of the commander s temporary command.Compared with the current joint firepower mission planning comprehensive assessment method, it has obvious advantages.
