摘  要:信息技术的飞速发展带来了信息爆炸问题,为有效解决军事信息的精准服务问题,首先分析了军内外目前可行解决方法,分别从用户建模技术、对象建模技术和推荐算法方面进行了详细的可行性技术分析。针对军事用户的特点,提出了一种基于ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling Method)方法的军事文本信息智能推荐技术。并采用分层思想,对推荐系统进行了架构设计。最后,以美军“沙漠风暴”军事文本内容推荐为例,构建了军事用户角色的特征层次模型,实现了情报信息的智能推荐,解决了新用户推荐的“冷启动”问题。实验结果验证了提出的智能推荐算法,同时表明,面向军事信息服务的智能推荐技术具有很广阔的应用前景和现实意义。The rapid development of information technology has brought information explosion problems.In order to effectively solve the problem of accurate service of military information, this paper firstly analyzes the current feasible solutions both inside and outside the military, and carries out detailed technical feasibility analysis from the aspects of user modeling technology, object modeling technology and recommendation algorithm.Then, according to the characteristics of military users, a military text information intelligent recommendation technology based on ISM (Interpretative Structural Modeling Method) is proposed.The architecture of the recommendation system is designed based on the idea of layering.Finally, taking the military text recommendation of "desert storm" of the US army as an example, the hierarchical model of military user roles is constructed to realize intelligent recommendation of intelligence information and solve the "cold start" problem of new user recommendation.The experimental results verify the proposed intelligent recommendation algorithm, and show that the intelligent recommendation technology for military information service has a broad application prospect and practical significance.
