血清内毒素、C反应蛋白及降钙素原诊断细菌感染性疾病的临床价值评价

摘　　要：目的评价分析血清内毒素、C反应蛋白及降钙素原诊断细菌感染性疾病的临床价值。方法选取我院在2016年7月~2017年7月收治的细菌感染性疾病的患者25例为研究组,同时选取在我院进行体检的健康者的25例作为对照组。统计两组血清内C反应蛋白和降钙素原的水平。结果研究组血清内的C反应蛋白水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组的降钙素原的水平也显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清内毒素、C反应蛋白及降钙素原诊断细菌感染性疾病是一种有效便利的检验方法,在临床上具有比较好的价值,值得被广泛应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of serum endotoxin, C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases.Methods Twenty-five patients with bacterial infectious diseases admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected as the study group,and 25 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.The levels of serum C-reactive protein and procalcitonin were measured.Results The level of serum C-reactive protein in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the level of procalcitonin in the study group was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum endotoxin, C-reactive protein and procalcitonin are effective and convenient methods for the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases.They have good clinical value and are worthy of wide application.
