摘 要:为研究不同亚油酸水平对蓝狐血清生化指标和消化道酶活性的影响,选取健康、体重相近的(90±5)日龄雄性蓝狐60只,随机分成6组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只。育成期分别饲喂亚油酸水平为0. 11%(Ⅰ组)、0. 52%(Ⅱ组)、0. 92%(Ⅲ组)、1. 33%(Ⅳ组)、2. 14%(Ⅴ组)和3. 36%(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮,冬毛期分别饲喂亚油酸水平为0. 1%(Ⅰ组)、1. 32%(Ⅱ组)、2. 13%(Ⅲ组)、2. 94%(Ⅳ组)、3. 76%(Ⅴ组)、4. 97%(Ⅵ组)的试验饲粮。结果表明:饲粮亚油酸水平极显著地影响生长期血清甘油三酯、总蛋白和白蛋白水平(P<0. 01),育成期血清甘油三酯随亚油酸水平的升高呈先降低后升高的趋势,育成期总蛋白和白蛋白均以Ⅵ组最高;冬毛期血清甘油三酯随亚油酸水平升高逐渐降低,总蛋白和白蛋白以Ⅱ组最高。饲粮亚油酸水平对空肠食糜中脂肪酶活性和胰蛋白酶活性无显著影响(P>0. 05),而显著影响淀粉酶活性(P<0. 05),淀粉酶活性以Ⅲ组最高。This study investigated the effects of diet with different linoleic acid levels on serum biochemical parameters and activities of intestinal digestive enzymes of growing male blue foxes. Sixty male blue foxes aged about 90-day with similar body weight were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 replicates per group and 1 fox per replicate. In the growing period, they were fed experimental diets with linoleic acid supplement levels of 0. 11 %( group 1),0. 52%( group Ⅲ), 0. 92%( group HI), 1. 33%( group IV), 2. 14%( group V ) and 3. 36%( group VI), respectively. In the fur development period, they were fed experimental diets with linoleic acid supplement levels of 0. 10%(group 1),1. 32%( group Ⅱ), 2. 13%( group Ⅲ), 2. 94%( group IV ), 3. 76%( group V ) and 4. 97%( group VI), respectively. The results were as follows: Dietary linoleic acid level had significant effects on serum TG, TP and ALb ( P<0. 01 ), serum TG had a first increasing and then decreasing trend during the growing period, and serum TP and ALb in group VI was the highest. Serum TG was declined with the increase of dietary linoleic acid level during the growing period, TP and ALb in group Ⅱ was the highest. Dietary linoleic acid level had no significant effects on pancreatic lipase and trypsin in jejunum chime, significant difference was found between activities of amylase. The amylase in group Ⅲ was the highest.
