摘  要:试验将玉米秸秆用于建筑外墙保温的新型墙体材料中,采用二次通用旋转组合试验设计安排试验,以玉米秸秆板导热系数为试验指标,选择的试验因素有4个,分别为容重、秸秆板厚、碎秸秆湿度、施胶量,每个因素选5个水平。通过多次试验得到不同因素水平组合下的导热系数值,利用DPS统计分析方法对试验数据进行分析,得到试验所选因素与导热系数之间存在的数学关系,进而得到导热系数较理想时的玉米秸秆保温板因素水平组合。通过DPS统计分析软件分析得到导热系数最小时对应的因素水平,结果表明:在容重0. 76 g/cm^3,秸秆板厚11.8 cm,碎秸秆湿度12. 1%,施胶量12%时导热系数较小,为0. 037 29 W/(m·K).In this study,corn straw was used as new wall material for building exterior wall insulation,quadratic general rotary experiment method was designed,thermal conductivity of corn straw was used as experiment index,and four experimental factors were selected,including bulk density,corn straw board thickness,broken corn straw moisture and the use of adhesive,for each of which there are five levels. The thermal conductivity value of different factors and levels was obtained through multiple experiments. The experimental data were analyzed by DPS statistical analysis method,and the mathematical relationship between the selected factors and thermal conductivity was determined,and the combination of factors and levels of corn straw insulation board with optimal thermal conductivity was further obtained. Through the analysis of DPS statistical analysis software,the corresponding factor level was determined when thermal conductivity was minimum. The results show that the optimal parameter combination can be achieved when bulk density is 0. 76 g/cm3,corn straw board thickness is 11. 8 cm,broken corn straw moisture is 12. 1%,and the use of adhesive is12%.
