摘　　要：以对苯醌和环戊二烯为原料,通过Dields-Alder加成反应、[2+2]环加成反应、黄鸣龙还原反应放大合成了五环[5.4.0.0^2,6.0^3,10.0^5,9]十一烷(PCU),研究了各反应的影响因素,确定了较佳工艺条件:在Dields-Alder加成反应中,环戊二烯滴加温度为–5~5℃,反应时间为7 h;在[2+2]环加成反应中,采用活性炭作脱色剂,中间体1溶液质量浓度为0.10 g/mL,光照时间为36 h;在黄鸣龙还原反应中,氢氧化钾与中间体2的摩尔比为5.3,无水肼与中间体2的摩尔比为5.86。在上述工艺条件下,PCU收率可达80%。Using the p-benzoquinone and cyclopentadiene as raw materials,the pentacyclo[5.4.0.0^2,6.0^3,10.0^5,9] undecane(PCU) was synthesized in scale-up through the Dields-Alder addition reaction,[2+2]cycloaddition reaction and Huang-Minglong reduction reaction.The influencing factors of each reaction were investigated,and the better process conditions were confirmed as follows:During the Diels-Alder addition reaction,the dropwise temperature of cyclopentadiene is –5~5 ℃,and the reaction time is 7 h.During the [2+2] cycloaddition reaction,the activated carbon is used as the decolorizing agent,the mass concentration of the intermediate 1 solution is 0.10 g/mL,and the illumination time is 36 h.During the Huang-Minglong reduction reaction,the molar ratio of potassium hydroxide and the intermediate 2 is 5.3,and the molar ratio of anhydrous hydrazine and intermediate 2 is 5.86.Under the above process conditions,the yield of PCU can reach 80%.
