摘  要:以4, 4’–二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯(H12MDI)、聚醚多元醇等为主要原料,3, 3’–二氯–4, 4’–二氨基二苯基甲烷(MOCA)为扩链剂,采用预聚体法合成了聚氨酯弹性体,并研究了其力学性能。随NCO值提高,H12MDI型聚氨酯弹性体的拉伸强度及硬度增加,伸长率降低;随MOCA量减小,拉伸强度和硬度均降低,伸长率提高。Using 4,4′-dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate(H12MDI),polyether polyol,etc.as main raw materials,3,3′-dichloro-4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane(MOCA) as chain extender,the polyurethane elastomer was synthesized with the prepolymer method,and its mechanical performance was investigated.With the increase of NCO value,the tensile strength and hardness of H12MDI-based polyurethane elastomer increase,and the elongation decreases.With the decrease of MOCA amount,both tensile strength and hardness decrease,and the elongation increases.
