摘  要:针对越来越严栺的排放标准,提出采用氟磷酸钙沉淀法去除石化废水中的氟化物,该技术核心是向废水中投加钙盐和磷酸盐与氟化物结合形成难溶的氟磷酸钙。通过单因素实验得出最佳反应条件:反应终点pH值为7,搅拌时间为30 min,钙盐加入量为理论值的2.5倍,磷酸盐加入量为理论值的1.5倍。结果表明,石化废水中的氟化物浓度可从128.82 mg/L降至6 mg/L以下,优于排放标准。In order to meet the more and more stringent effluent standards, a method was proposed to remove fluoride from petrochemical wastewater by calcium fluophosphate precipitation. The core of this method is to produce insoluble calcium fluophosphate by adding calium and phosphate salt into the wastewater. The optimal reaction conditions for fluoride removal were determined through the single factor experiments: the pH of the end of reaction was 7, the stirring time was30 min, the dosage of calium salt was 2.5 times of theoretical quantity, and the dosage of phosphate salt was 1.5 times of theoretical quantity. The result showed that this method could reduce the concentration of fluoride in petrochemical wastewater from 128.82 mg/L to less than 6 mg/L,which was superior to effluent standards.
