摘 要:针对目前腈纶厂废水净化处理技术的局限性,选用A/O-MBR工艺对腈纶厂废水进行处理,通过缺氧-耗氧组合技术对腈纶厂废水进行试验,同时分析了废水中的膜污染原因,通过温度、时间、pH等因素对COD及氨氮的去除效果进行了比较。处理后水体可达标排放。In view of the limitation of wastewater treatment technology of acrylic fiber plant at present, A/O-MBR process was selected to treat the wastewater of acrylic fiber plant, and the anoxic/aerobic combined technology was used to study the wastewater of acrylic fiber plant. At the same time, the reason of membrane fouling in wastewater from acrylic fiber plant was analyzed. The effect of temperature, time and pH on the removal efficiency of COD and ammonia nitrogen was studied.
