摘 要:根据大庆油田C区块的地质条件以及储层的物理性质,进行了一系列的实验分析,基于聚合物浓度、交联剂及稳定剂浓度的不同比例,优选出了一种适用于大庆油田C区块的最佳凝胶体系配方。通过对其调堵性能评价,实验结果表明:该凝胶型调堵剂的封堵率很高,可以达到96.3%,热稳定性、成胶强度、抗剪切性和耐冲刷性均较为良好,并且具有一定的选择封堵能力。有效的解决了低渗透油藏中高含水期注水开发效果差、产量低的问题,可以满足现场调堵的作业需求,提高油气采收率。According to the geological conditions of block C of Daqing oilfield and the physical properties of the reservoir, a series of experimental analyses were carried out. Through optimization of ratios and concentrations of polymer, crosslinker and stabilizer, gel system formulation suitable the block of Daqing oilfield was screened out. Its plugging performance was evaluated. The experimental results showed that the gel blocking agent had a high blocking rate of 96.3%, and the thermal stability, gel strength, shear resistance and erosion resistance were good. And it had a certain selective blocking ability. It can effectively solve the problem of poor water injection development effect and low production in low-permeability reservoirs, which can meet the needs of on-site profile control to increase oil and gas recovery.
