摘 要:以收集自北方地区的19株黑木耳(Auricularia auricula)生产菌株为试验材料,进行品比试验。采用十字交叉法测定了不同菌株的平板菌丝生长速度和长势;在阜平地区采用吊袋栽培法,测定了19个菌株的生物转化率和耳片性状。结果表明,菌株野森一代、黑丹一代、黑山、黑耳厚4个菌株,在产量、出耳时间、出芽整齐度、耳片性状等方面栽培农艺性状表现优异,适宜作为西部山区的主栽品种。19 strains of Auricularia auricula from northern China were collected as experimental materials for comparison test.The property of growth rate and mycelium growth vigor of different strains were measured by cross-over method. The biotransformation rate and fruiting characteristics of 19 strains were measured by hanging bag cultivation method in Fuping area. The results showed that the 4 strains of Yesen, Heidan, Heishan and Hei erhou, had excellent performance in yield, germination time,uniformity of germination and shape of fruiting pieces. They were suitable for cultivation in western mountainous areas.
