摘  要:目的分析脑苷肌肽联合安宫牛黄丸治疗创伤性颅脑损伤患者的临床疗效.方法回顾性分析97例创伤性颅脑损伤患者病例,根据药物使用情况将患者分为脑苷肌肽组和脑苷肌肽联合安宫牛黄丸组.两组患者均采取降颅压、抗感染、保护脑细胞、解痉挛等常规治疗措施.观察两组患者术后恢复情况对比疗效.结果脑苷肌肽联合安宫牛黄丸组患者住院时间(38.17±15.22)d显著(P<0.05)短于脑苷肌肽组(45.04±19.85)d,GCS评分改善更大具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论对于创伤性颅脑损伤患者,治疗中采用脑苷肌肽联合安宫牛黄丸的治疗方法可以取得更好的治疗结局.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection combined with cow-bezoar bolus for resurrection in treatment of traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods 97 TB1 patients were div ided into 2 groups: control group (n=41) undergoing intravenous drip of cattle encephalon glycoside group and ignotin 10 ml dissolved in 5% flucose 500 ml once a day for 3 days and treatment group (n=56) given, in addition to the intravenous drip of cattle encephalon glycoside group and ignotin, cow-bezoar bolus for resurrection one pill a day administered by gastrointestinal tract once a day for 3 days as a course of treatment, totally for 3 courses. The clinical effects and the scores of Glasgow coma score (GCS) before and after treatment and between these 2 groups were compared within 30 days after treatment. Results Th e length of hospital stay of the treatment group was (38.17± 15.22)days, significantly shorter than that of the control group [(45.04± 19.85) days, P < 0.05]. The GCS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The therapy of cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin combined with cow-bezoar bolus helps produce beneficial clinical ends for TBI patients.
