摘　　要：母乳喂养保障政策实施对育婴工作开展及促进母婴健康具有重要价值,本文结合实际情况,对我国母乳喂养保障政策实施现状、存在问题及对策进行了讨论,可为母乳喂养政策实施及母婴权益保护提供支持与保障。The implementation of breastfeeding protection policy is of great value for carrying out baby-care work and promoting maternal and child health. Based on the actual situation,this paper discusses the current implementation situation,existing problems and countermeasures of China ’s breastfeeding protection policy. It will provide support and safeguard for the implementation of breastfeeding policies and the protection of maternal and child rights.
