摘 要:针对某一典型的油气混输泵,以设计工况下泵的增压和效率提升为优化目标,设计了不同进口安放角的静叶,基于FLUENT软件,采用RNG k-ε模型、SIMPLEC算法对装配不同静叶的单级油气混输泵模型进行数值模拟,得出静叶区域内的压力分布,并分析出不同含气率下不同进口安放角的静叶叶型和混输泵增压及效率之间的关系。结果表明:随着静叶进口安放角的增大,混输泵的增压能力和气液混合能力呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,叶片背面产生低速脱流区的起始点逐渐向进口方向移动;较小的进口安放角使得动静叶交界处流速和压力的不均匀性增加。研究结果对混输泵静叶设计及优化提供了理论参考依据。With respect to a typical multiphase pump,the diffusers with different setting angles were designed with boosting capacity and efficiency improvement of the pump under design conditions as the optimization objectives. Based on the simulation software FLUENT,the RNG k-ε model and the SIMPLEC algorithm were used to numerically simulate the model of a singlestage multiphase pump equipped with different diffusers,the pressure distribution in the diffuser region was obtained. Additionally,the relationship between the diffuser profile of the multiphase pump with different inlet angles and boosting and efficiency of the multiphase pump under different gas volume fraction(GVF) was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of the diffuser inlet angle,the boosting capacity and the gas-liquid mixing capacity of the multiphase pump show a trend of increasing first and then decreasing,and the starting point of the low-velocity flow separation zone on the back of the vane gradually moved towards the inlet. Smaller diffuser inlet angle makes the inhomogeneity of velocity and pressure at the junction of the impeller and diffuser increase. The research results provide a theoretical reference for the design and optimization of the diffuser of the multiphase pump.
