摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断发展,在2011年的时候,智能手机得到普及。智能手机改变了人们的交往方式、支付方式、娱乐方式等等一系列的问题。手机已然是我们人类生活当中不可缺少的一部分。对于大学生的影响也越来越严重,本文将从正反两个方面去分析手机带给大学生的影响。从而研究出相应的政策去引导大学生如何高效地利用手机促进我们的学习,培养他们正确的消费观念,遏制对手机产生的依赖性。With the continuous development of science and technology, in 2011, the smart phone has been popular. Smart phones have changed the way people interact, the way they pay, the way they entertain and so on. Mobile phones have become an indispensable part of our human life. The influence of mobile phone on college students is becoming more and more serious. This paper will analyze the influence of mobile phones on college students from both positive and negative aspects. Therefore, relevant policies are studied to guide college students on how to effectively use mobile phones to promote our study, cultivate their correct consumption concepts and curb their dependence on mobile phones.
