摘　　要：黑河海关是我国最北部的一个海关,始建于1909年。清末民初,黑河海关经历了洋人帮办、日伪强占的历史阶段,经历了四次开关、三次闭关及四次易名的不寻常历程。瑷珲(黑河)海关建制、货运监管、征收税费的历史,展现了瑷珲(黑河)口岸的历史变迁过程,以及中俄经贸发展的重要阶段。Heihe Customs,built in 1909,is a customs office in the northernmost part of China.At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China,Heihe Customs experienced the historical stage of foreigners’deputy and Japanese occupation,undergoing the unusual course of keeping open as well as keeping closed four times respectively,and changing its names four times.The history of customs establishment,freight supervision and duty collection in Aihui(Heihe)shows the historical changes of Aihui Port(Heihe)as well as the important stage of SinoRussian economic and trade development.
