摘　　要：和谐社会是法治的社会,而和谐法治是当代中国社会主义和谐社会建设的重要内容。公民的法律意识是法治建设的灵魂,公民法律意识的高低直接影响到立法的效果及法的实施,进而影响法律的权威性。现阶段我国公民的法律意识不强,直接影响了我国和谐法治的建设,进而影响了和谐社会的建设。A harmonious society is a society ruled by law,and harmonious rule of law is an important part of constructing a harmonious society in contemporary China.The citizen’s legal consciousness is the soul of legal construction,and will directly affect the effect of legislation and the implementation of the law,which in turn affects the authority of the law.At this stage,Chinese citizens’weak legal awareness directly affects the construction of harmonious rule of law,and thus affects the construction of a harmonious society.
