摘　　要：目的:探讨外剥内扎联合弧形皮内连续缝合术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效。方法:随机选取环状混合痔患者162例,以随机数字表分组,分为治疗组、对照组,每组81例。治疗组采用外剥内扎联合弧形皮内连续缝合术,对照组采用外剥内扎术,比较两组的并发症及疗效。结果:治疗组总体有效率为96%,对照组总体有效率为87%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组在术后疼痛、肛缘水肿、尿潴留、住院时间方面有统计学差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:外剥内扎联合弧形皮内连续缝合术愈合更快,肛周疤痕小,能有效的减少术后并发症,手术安全可行。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture for the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 162 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (n =81). The patients in treatment group were treated with milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture, and the patients in control group were treated with milligan-morgan operation. The complications and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The overall effective rate was 96% in the treatment group and 87% in the control group, with a significant difference (P <0.05). There were statistical differences in postoperative pain, anal edema, urinary retention, and hospitalization time. The treatment group was superior to the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Milligan-morgan operation combined with intraocular continuous suture can heal faster, and the perianal scar is small, which can effectively reduce postoperative complications, and the operation is safe and feasible.
