压力注浆工艺在抗爆建筑物混凝土结构修复中的应用

摘　　要：压力注浆是混凝土结构修复的一种新工艺。阿尔及利亚炼厂项目的建筑物钢筋混凝土离析现象严重,采取了压力注浆修复工艺。在简要介绍该建筑物的参数和存在问题的基础上,论述了压力注浆的主要施工方法及流程,重点阐述了原结构的表面处理、钢筋喷砂除锈、砂浆浇注、注射针头安装和注浆等作业的关键施工步骤、控制点及注意事项。并对修复后的混凝土结构进行了超声波检测,结果显示质量合格,表明压力注浆施工工艺对建筑物的结构修复效果明显,为压力注浆工艺的应用和推广提供了良好借鉴。Pressure grouting is a new technique for repairing concrete structures. In Algiers refinery project, the phenomenon of reinforced concrete segregation in the building is serious and the pressure grouting repair technique is adopted. On the basis of briefly introducing the parameters and existing problems of the building, this paper discusses the main construction methods and processes of pressure grouting, and focuses on the key construction steps, control points and matters needing attention, such as surface treatment of the original structure, sand blasting and rust removal of steel bars, mortar casting, installation of slurry injection tubes and grouting. The ultrasonic testing of the repaired concrete structure shows that the quality is qualified, which indicates that the construction technique of pressure grouting has obvious effect on the structural repair of the building and provides a good reference for the application and development of the pressure grouting technique.
