摘 要:风洞天平是飞行器风洞测力试验的主要测量设备,在风洞试验中发挥着不可替代的作用。多为六分量测力天平,以单支撑的方式进行试验测量。随着导弹、飞机等新型号研制和发展,无论是风洞试验还是挂载试飞,对于多支撑天平测量有了新的需求。文中针对于多支撑天平整体校准测量的局限性问题进行分析,提出多分量天平单独校准、组合测量的技术方案,有效解决了多支撑天平的试验测量问题。Wind tunnel balance, known as the main measuring device of force measurement on aircraft, which plays an irreplaceable role in wind tunnel test. The six-component force balance is mostly measured by single support in test. With the design and development of new models, such as missiles and aircraft, a new demand for multi-support measurement was put forward, whether it is wind tunnel test or mounts test flight. In this paper, the limitations of integral calibration of multi-support balance were analyzed, and put forward the technological schemes of multi-component balance is that, single calibration and combination measurement. This can solve the problem of multi-support measurement test effectively.
