摘  要:介绍了新疆滴水铜矿采用膏体技术堆存浮选尾矿的工艺流程、设备配置及生产情况。浮选尾矿细颗粒含量很高(-20μm级别的物料占 66 63%),具备形成膏体的必要条件。尾矿制备成膏体进行堆存,对尾矿库的安全、尾水的回用意义重大,尤其在南疆缺水地区。This paper introduces the technological process,equipment configuration and production situation of paste tailings storage floatation tailings in Xinjiang dripping copper mine. The fine particle content of the flotation tailings is very high( the material of - 20 μm grade is 66. 63%). The paste filling deep cone thickener designed and made by Smith,which is designed and made by alfa and made of the side wall,is 18m,with the addition of 30 ~ 35 g /t dry solid polyacrylamide. The paste tailings with the solid mass of about 60% are prepared. Because the concentration of deep cone thickener is low,the resistance of the pipe tailings pipeline is small,and a thick slurry pump can be used to mine the tailings reservoir,and the pipeline is not blocked for a long time.
