摘  要:以V2O5和Al粉为原料,采用氩气保护条件下,真空铝热还原反应生产AlV85,研究了单位反应热量对产品收率的影响,不同原材料对产品中Fe、Si的影响,气体杂质元素O、N的控制以及生产过程中的“爆鸣”及原因。结果表明:真空法生产AlV85时,单位反应热量控制在3300~3550kJ/kg,产品的收率在95%左右;钙法氧化钒更适合电子束熔炼用钒铝合金的生产;在氩气保护条件下点火和冷却,可以将产品中的O、N控制在wO<0.2%、wN<0.05%;将原料五氧化二钒中K2O+Na2O的含量控制在0.4%以内,生产过程就不会发生“爆鸣”现象。Using V2O5 and Al powder as raw materials,AlV85 was produced by vacuum thermal-reduction reaction under the protection of argon. The influence of unit reaction heat on the product acceptance,the influence of different raw materials on Fe and Si in the product,the control of gaseous impurities O and N,and the " blasting" in the production process and the reason were studied. The results show that when AlV85 is produced by vacuum method, the unit reaction heat is controlled at 3300 ~ 3550kJ/kg,and the yield of the product is about 95%. Vanadium oxide by calcium method is more suitable for the production of vanadium aluminum alloy used in electron beam smelting. The O and N in the product can be controlled within wO < 0. 2% and wN < 0. 05% by ignition and cooling under argon protection. If the content of K2O and Na2O in the raw material vanadium pentoxide is controlled within 0. 4%,the " explosion" phenomenon will not occur in the production process.
