摘  要:针对目前拖拉机附加驱动叶轮设计周期长、工艺复杂等问题,在其研制过程中,提出了一种基于逆向工程的零件数字化设计与制造新思路,引用三维扫描技术、逆向建模技术以及CAD/CAM先进制造技术来实现产品的逆向加工。这种加工方式,能够有效解决传统正向设计周期长、成本高等问题,可为逆向工程技术在农用机械零件加工中的应用提供借鉴。According to the problems, such as long design cycle and complicated process of the additional driving impeller of tractor, this paper proposes a new idea of the digital design and manufacturing of parts based on reverse engineering, and realize the reverse processing of products by using 3D scanning technology, reverse modeling technology and CAD/CAM advanced manufacturing technology. This processing method effectively solve the problems, such as long cycle and high cost of traditional forward design, and can provide reference for the application of reverse engineering technology in the processing of agricultural machinery parts.
