JCI医院评审对我国中医医院评审的启示

摘　　要：美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会(Joint Commission International,JCI)评审体系在世界范围内为各国医疗机构提供咨询、评审评价认证服务,其评审标准经过多年实践,发展至今已十分成熟,其对我国中医医院评审具有很好的借鉴意义。从评审主体、评审标准及内容分布、评审方法三个方面对JCI评审与我国中医医院评审进行比较分析,并提出相关建议。Joint Commission International(JCI)accreditation system provides consultation,evaluation,and accreditation services for health care organizations around the world.JCI’s accreditation standards have well-developed after many years of practice,which might give some implications to Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital Accreditation.This paper compared JCI’s accreditation with Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital Accreditation from perspectives of accreditation body,standards,contents and methods,and then proposed some suggestions on Chinese Traditional Medicine Hospital Accreditation.
