某大型综合医院职工2015—2017年健康体检分析及探讨

摘　　要：目的对某大型综合医院在职职工连续3年的健康体检结果进行分析,为医务人员实施健康管理提供科学依据。方法 对2015—2017年在某三级甲等医院体检中心进行健康体检的该院在职职工体检结果进行统计,对异常结果检出率按整体和不同性别进行分析比较。结果 在2015—2017年体检中,体检结果无异常的在职职工人数占比分别为4.30%、3.68%和3.15%,呈逐年下降趋势。异常结果检出率前5位分别为眼屈光不正、超重、脂肪肝、血脂异常和高尿酸血症;除眼屈光不正外,余下4项的异常结果检出率男性职工均高于女性职工(P<0.05)。女性职工异常结果检出率前4位均是眼屈光不正、乳腺增生、超重和宫颈柱状上皮异位,2015年排名第5的为血脂异常,2016年和2017年宫颈纳氏囊肿排在第5位。结论 该院在职职工的健康状况较差,需有针对性地加强健康管理,提高职工健康素养和身体素质。Objective In order to provide scientific basis for health management of medical staff in the future,we analyzed the results of health examination for 3 years in a large general hospital.Methods We made a statistical analysis of the results of the physical examination of the employees who had been examined in the Medical Center for 2015-2017 years,and analyzed the detection rate of abnormal results according to the sex.Results In the 2015-2017 years of physical examination,the rate of employees whose medical examination was completely normal was 4.30%,3.68%and 3.15%respectively,showing a declining trend year by year.The top 5 abnormal results were ocular ametropia,overweight,fatty liver,dyslipidemia and hyperuricemia.Except for ocular ametropia,the remaining four abnormal results were higher in male workers than in female workers(P<0.05).The top four abnormal results for female workers were refractive error,hyperplasia of mammary glands,overweight and cervical columnar ectopia.In 2015,the fifth rankings were dyslipidemia,and in 2016 and 2017 were nabothian cysts.Conclusion The health condition of the employees in the hospital is poor.It is necessary to strengthen the health management and improve the health quality and physical quality of the workers.
