摘　　要：在健康城市发展规划下,珠海市目前致力于开展疾病预防控制能力升级行动,疾病预防控制体系发展面临关键阶段。在运用半结构式访谈基础上,通过文献研究和宏观政策分析,运用SWOT分析方法对疾病预防控制体系建设的内部要素和外部环境进行评价,并提出完善疾病预防控制体系网络、健全激励保障机制、满足公共卫生服务均等化需求、打造疾控体系创新平台等对策与建议。Under the Healthy City Development Plan,Zhuhai City is currently committed to carrying out disease prevention and control capacity upgrading actions,and the development of disease prevention and control systems is facing a critical stage.On the basis of semi-structured interviews,through the literature research,macro-policy analysis,SWOT policy analysis method is used to judge the internal factors and external environment of the system construction.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the network of disease prevention and control system,improve the incentive mechanism,to meet public health need of equalizing service,and to create a platform for innovation in disease control systems.
