应用微信平台对早期糖尿病肾病患者健康管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨应用微信平台对早期糖尿肾病患者进行健康管理的效果。方法 选取北京市某三甲医院肾内科就诊的早期糖尿病肾病患者165例,随机分为对照组83例和观察组82例,对照组给予常规的健康管理模式,观察组应用微信平台健康管理模式,干预12个月后,比较两组患者尿微量白蛋白/肌酐(ACR)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、尿蛋白阳性率、血脂及低血糖的发生率以及糖尿病自我管理行为量表(summary of diabetes self-care activities,SDSCA)得分的差异。结果 干预前后,观察组与对照组FPG、HbA1c和血脂水平等均明显降低(P<0.05);干预后观察组ACR、FPG、HbA1c、血脂和尿蛋白阳性率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),低血糖症的发生率两组差异无统计学意义(P=0.771);观察组SDSCA评分大于对照组(P=0.022)。结论 应用微信平台健康管理模式对早期糖尿病肾病患者进行健康管理可以取得较好的效果,能够有效降低空腹血糖和血脂水平,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。Objective To explore the effect of application of WeChat platform on health management of early diabetic nephropathies patients.Methods 165 patients with early diabetic nephropathies were collected and randomly divided into control group(83 cases)and observation group(82 cases).The control group were given conventional health management mode,the observation group were given WeChat platform health management mode.After 12 months of intervention,the urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(ACR),fasting blood glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),the number of positive rate of urine protein,blood lipids,the incidence of hypoglycemia and summary of diabetes self-care activities score were compared between 2 groups.Results FPG,HbA1c and blood lipid levels in 2 groups were lower than the levels before intervention(P<0.05);ACR,HbA1c,FPG,positive rate of urine protein,blood lipid levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence rate of hypoglycemia in 2 groups had no statistical difference(P=0.771).The SDSCA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.022).Conclusion Application of WeChat platform on health mana-gement model of early diabetic nephropathies patients could achieve good results,reduce blood glucose and lipid le-vels and delay the progress of diabetic nephropathies effectively.
