摘  要:目的了解宫颈癌术后带尿管出院患者的自我护理需求,为制订实用可行的健康教育路径提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,采用目的抽样法选择12例宫颈癌术后带尿管出院患者进行深入访谈,使用内容分析法进行资料分析。结果宫颈癌术后带尿管出院患者的自我护理需求的4个主题是:希望建立有效的院外随访机制;留置尿管护理知识及相关护理操作需求较高;缺乏盆底肌肉康复训练的监督和指导;患者负罪感和歉疚感较重,心理支持较欠缺。结论针对带尿管出院患者自我护理需求需指导患者有关留置尿管护理知识,促进盆底肌肉康复训练,增加家庭和社会支持,以满足患者自我护理需求。Objective To investigate the demand of patients who discharge with urethral tube after cervical cancer surgery for self-care so as to develop a set of educational methods of convenient and feasible healthy. Method 12 cases of patients discharged from the hospital with urethral tube after cervical cancer were interviewed via phenomenological method, and the data were analyzed using content analysis. Result Four themes were presented by the demand of patients, including more professional knowledge demanded on indwelling urethral catheter nursing, more exercise method required about pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation, the feeling on guilt and shame enhanced by disease, and telephone follow-up needed. Conclusions The nursing knowledge of indwelling urethral catheter and training method of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation should be provided in view of the self-care needs of patients discharged with urethral catheter. The continuous nursing outside the hospital should be carried out, and a supportive and tolerant environment is supposed to create in order to meet the patients' self-care needs.
