高校大学生领导力教育的典型模式及其特点分析——以浙江大学为例

摘　　要：领导力教育是当前高校人才培养的重要内容。我国高校积极开展大学生领导力教育,在理论研究和实践探索方面都取得了一定经验。以浙江大学为例,初步建立了领导力教育体系,包括课程型、社团型、实践型、综合型四种领导力教育模式。这四种典型的领导力教育模式各有特点、各有侧重,形成了相对完善的大学生领导力教育体系,为高校大学生领导力教育的发展提供了一种可供借鉴的参考样本。Leadership education is an important part of the current talent training in colleges.After actively carrying out the leadership education for college students,some experiences have been obtained in both theory research and practice.Taking zhejiang university as an example,it has established the leadership education system,including four kinds of leadership education models.The four typical leadership education models have their own characteristics,respectively form a relatively complete system of college student leadership education,and provide a reference sample for the development of college student leadership education.
