摘　　要：针对交通拥堵严重和交通需求旺盛的现状问题,仔细分析当前面临的一些新形势,制定适合佛山发展的交通需求管理政策。基于国家和省市层面的政策调整,对佛山发展阶段的准确研判,考虑可实施性,提出打造公交都市,用者自付、规范停放和多措并举、调控使用等三大措施,为佛山形成系统的需求管理体系提供参考。Focus on the current problems of serious traffic congestion and strong traffic demand, the new situations are analyzed in detail in order to formulate a traffic demand management policy that is suitable for Foshan's development. Based on the policy adjustment at the national, provincial and municipal levels, the accurate judgment of Foshan's development stage, considering the feasibility, three major measures are proposed, namely building a bus city, paying by users to regulating parking, and taking measures to adjusting use. It provides a reference for the demand management system in Foshan.
