清热暗疮片联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的临床疗效及不良反应观察

摘　　要：目的分析清热暗疮片联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗痤疮的临床疗效.方法选择2016年4月-2018年4月我院收治的326痤疮患者为研究对象,将其分为2组,对照组162例,观察组164例.对照组仅用阿达帕林凝胶,以此为基础,观察组联合应用清热暗疮片.结果观察组治疗有效率为91.5%,对照组为69.1%.和对照组相比,观察组治疗效果明显更好(P<0.05).经治疗后,两组受试者的皮损情况均得以一定改善,同组治疗后的皮损数量比较存在明显差异(P<0.05).与对照组相比,观察组的皮损改善情况明显更好(P<0.05).对照组不良反应发生率为6.2%.观察组不良反应发生率为8.5%.和对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论阿达帕林凝胶为基础联合应用清热暗疮片进行治疗寻常型痤疮效果显著,有推广价值.Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qingre sore tablet combined with Adapalene Gel in the treatment of acne. Methods a total of 326 acne patients admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were divided into two groups, 162 in the control group and 164 in the observation group. In the control group, only Adapalene Gel was used as the basis. The observation group was combined with Qingre sore tablet. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 91.5% and that of the control group was 69.1%. Compared with the control group, the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better (P < 0.05). After treatment, the skin lesions of the two groups were improved to a certain extent, and there was a significant difference in the number of skin lesions after treatment in the same group (P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the improvement of skin lesions in the observation group was significantly better (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 6.2%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.5%. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Adapalene Gel combined with Qingre sore tablet is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
