摘　　要：各个制油工厂的大豆预处理车间基于不同加工规模、不同的工艺物料平衡图(PFD)以及管路和仪表流程图(P&ID),存在复杂多变的车间设备布置方案。研究设备布局、土建设计、生产运营和技术经济分析四者之间的相互关系,阐述特定条件下的最合适的具体设计方案,并从精细化、标准化设计的角度构建影响设备布置重要因素的半经验半理论模型,以期形成最佳实践为设计提供新思路和新理念。Based on different capacity and process(PFD, P&ID), soybean preparation plant will have complicated and miscellaneous layout plans in each crushing factory.Focused on researching the relationship between equipment layout, construction design, the production operation and technical & economic analysis, to illustrate the optimum design scheme in specific conditions, and to build half-experience-half-theory model at the point of accuracy and standardization, so as to obtain the best practices for designer to provide new thinking and new ideas.
