摘  要:刘大灌区是大连市的一座中型灌区,其用水管理的优劣决定着水资源经济和生态效益的发挥。本文基于GIS技术,以VB为开发语言,对GeoMap进行了二次开发,构建刘大灌区用水管理系统。系统的主要组成部分有水位变送器、数据采集器、数据采集卡和软件系统。该系统实现的主要功能包括灌区用水数据采集、视频监控、地理信息系统查询、报表生成以及形象化的结果显示,为管理者提供决策依据。该系统成功地将GIS技术引入到灌区管理工作当中,为完善灌区管理工作提供技术支撑。Liuda Irrigation Area is a medium-sized irrigation area in Dalian. The economic and ecological benefits of water resources are determined by the water management level thereof.VB is regarded as the development language for secondary development of GeoMapbased on GIS technology in the paper. A water management system in Liuda Irrigation Area is constructed. The systemis mainly composed of a water level transmitter, a data collector, a data acquisition card anda software system. Main functions of the system include water data collection in irrigation areas, video monitoring, geographic information system query, report generation and visualized result display,thereby providing decision-making basis for managers.GIS technologyhas been successfully introducedinto irrigation area management by the system, thereby providing technical support for improving the management in the irrigation area.
