摘  要:水电站过渡过程控制策略对水电站运行管理具有重要意义和价值,是减少水电站运行安全事故的重要工程技术手段。本文以辽宁省桓仁水电站为例,通过仿真计算提出以5s处为拐点,以20s为关闭总时长,并且在拐点处关闭40%的两段关闭规律为活动导叶关闭的最优规律,为桓仁水电站改善过渡过程质量提供依据,可供类似工程参考。The control strategy of hydropower station transition process has important significance and value for hydropower station operation management. It is an important engineering and technical means to reduce operation safety accidents of hydropower stations.Huanren Hydropower Station in Liaoning Province is adopted as an example in the paper. 5s is regarded as the inflection point through simulation calculation. 20s is regarded as the total closing time. The two-section closing law of closing 40% at the reflection point is regarded as the optimal law of closing the movable guide vane, thereby providing a basis for Huanren Hydropower Station to improve the quality of the transition process, and providing reference for similar projects.
