摘 要:近年来,已建的面板堆石坝多出现面板挤压破坏现象,影响坝体安全和正常运行。本文通过分析面板挤压破坏机理,设计了一种缩减三维变形的防挤压破坏面板堆石坝,通过调控堆石体变形的分区构造、非线性超填施工措施、微壳体面板及垂直缝构造设计等措施,缩减坝壳的三维聚心变形,削减面板底部的侧向摩擦力及由此产生的侧向位移和挤压,进一步保障面板处于挤压状态时的受力条件。可系统性解决面板坝的挤压破坏问题,值得推广应用。The existing face rockfill dams often suffer from face crushing failure phenomenonin recent years,which affect the safety and normal operation of the dam.We design an anti - extrusion failure panel dam to reduce 3D deformationby analyzing the panel extrusion failure mechanism in the paper. The three-dimensional concentration deformationof the dam shell is reduced through controlling rockfill deformation, nonlinear fill construction measures,design of micro shell panel andvertical seam construction, and other measures. The lateral friction at the bottom of the panel as well as lateral displacement and extrusion accordingly are reduced, thereby further guaranteeing that the panel is in the extrusion state. The extrusion damage problem of face rock-fill dams can be systemically solved, whichis worth popularizing and applying.
