摘  要:泵站流道木模容易出现错台、麻面、皱褶和平整度差等质量问题,通过在泵站流道木模表面增加玻璃钢复合面层,将木模板改造成无接缝的整体玻璃钢-木复合模板,可保障流道模板表面顺滑,提高流道混凝土表面平整度和光洁度,满足流道混凝土外观质量要求,减小流道成型后的水流阻力,值得推广应用。The runner wood formwork of the pump station is prone to quality problems such as staggered platform, pockmarks, wrinkles, poor flatness and the like. By adding a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite surface layer to the runner wood formwork of the pump station and transforming the wood formwork into a seamless integral glass fiber reinforced plastic-wood composite formwork, the smooth surface of the runner formwork can be guaranteed, the smoothness and smoothness of the runner concrete surface can be improved, the appearance quality requirements of the runner concrete can be met, and the flow resistance after the runner is formed can be reduced, which is worthy of popularization and application.
