摘  要:在浇筑大坝大体积混凝土前,支模方式对于大坝施工成本、进度影响很大,对坝体外观质量至关重要。本文分析了目前大体积混凝土浇筑通用的支模方式存在的问题,根据工程实际改进后,研发了悬臂式钢架塑料大模板,使支模工艺更加简便、省工、快捷,对坝体混凝土施工质量和进度起到了关键性作用。Before pouring large volume concrete into the dam, formwork support mode has a great influence on the cost and progress of the dam construction, and is very important to the external quality of the dam. This paper analyses the problems existing in the current general supporting mode of mass concrete casting. After improving according to the engineering practice, the plastic large formwork of cantilever steel frame is developed, which makes the supporting process more simple, labor-saving and fast, and plays a key role in the quality and progress of dam concrete construction.
