摘 要:目前存在大量的燃气锅炉用于城镇供暖或工业供热。通常燃气锅炉排放的烟气温度较高,这意味燃气锅炉仍存在较大的冷凝余热回收潜力。为了减少对大气环境的污染,燃气锅炉需要执行低氮排放标准。如何将燃气锅炉的烟气冷凝余热回收和降低氮氧化物排放协同处理是燃气锅炉供热节能减排中的关键问题之一。本文提出了喷淋式烟气冷凝余热回收与通过助燃空气加湿降低氮氧化物的协同处理技术方式,搭建了燃气锅炉烟气冷凝余热回收协同低氮排放的实验系统,研究了该系统的冷凝余热回收与低氮排放性能。实验结果表明,该系统能有效回收烟气冷凝余热并实现降低氮氧化物的效果。烟气冷凝余热回收协同低氮排放方式具有较为明显的节能、减排和经济效益。A large number of gas boilers had been used for urban space heating or industrial heating. Generally. The temperature of the flue gas emitted by the gas boiler was relatively high, which means that the amounts of waste condensation heat of the gas boiler could be recovered. To reduce air pollution, gas boilers need to implement low nitrogen emission standards. How to combine the flue gas condensation waste-heat recovery of gas boilers and reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides is one of the key issues in the energy-saving and emission reduction of gas boilers. In this paper, the co-processing technology of spray-type flue gas condensation waste-heat recovery and reduction of nitrogen oxides by combustion air humidification was proposed. The experimental system of gas-fired boiler flue gas condensation waste-heat recovery and low nitrogen emission was set up.The condensing waste-heat recovery and low nitrogen emission performance of the system were researched.The experimental results show that the system can effectively recover the residual heat of flue gas condensation and sharply reduce nitrogen oxides. The collaborative processing method of the flue gas condensation waste heat recovery with low nitrogen emission can achieve obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction and economic benefits.
