摘  要:新疆的渠系一般由干、支、斗、农四级渠道构成,提高灌溉水利用系数主要是通过增加各级渠道防渗率来实现,然而由于渠道级别较多,会出现多种组合形式,而不同的组合形式直接影响着工程量和工程预算,如何选择最优组合形式是工程技术人员面临的普遍问题。本文利用《新疆维吾尔自治区农业灌溉用水定额》(DB 65/3611—2014)中提出的灌溉水利用系数是关于渠道防渗率的单值函数的观点,建立提高灌溉水利用系数解决方案的模型,结合Excel规划求解功能插件,以费用最小为目标函数,提出最优解决方案,为区域提高灌溉水利用系数采取何种方案提供参考依据。同时,可准确计算出渠道的投资,减少人为因素对后续经济评价的影响。Xinjiang’s canal system is generally composed of four levels of canals: dry, branch, bucket and agriculture. The improvement of irrigation water utilization coefficient is mainly achieved by increasing the seepage prevention rate of all levels of canals. However, due to the large number of canal levels, there are various combination types, and different combination types directly affect the engineering quantity and project budget. Choosing the optimal combination type is a common problem faced by engineering and technical personnel. Based on a large number of experiments in “Agricultural Irrigation Water Quota of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region”, this paper puts forward the view that irrigation water utilization coefficient is a single-value function of canal seepage prevention rate. By establishing a solution model for improving irrigation water utilization coefficient, combining with Excel programming and solving function plug-in, and taking the minimum cost as the objective function, the optimal solution is proposed, which provides a reference basis for the region to determine which solution to adopt to improve irrigation water utilization coefficient. At the same time, it can also accurately calculate the channel investment, thus reducing the influence of human factors on subsequent economic evaluation.
