摘　　要：为加强区域水资源保护,在对南通市的河流水系及水环境现状进行调研分析的基础上,本文对南通市水功能区历年水质达标情况及污染因子进行了简要分析,并针对区域水环境现状问题存在的成因进行了详细的分析。提出了具体的加强区域水环境综合治理的对策措施,对于全面改善区域水环境质量,不断提高南通市的水生态文明建设水平具有重要的意义。In order to strengthen the protection of regional water resources, based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the river system and water environment in Nantong, this paper makes a brief analysis of the water quality standards and pollution factors at water function area in Nantong over years, and makes a detailed analysis of the causes of the existing problems of regional water environment. This paper puts forward specific countermeasures to strengthen the comprehensive management of regional water environment, which is of great significance to comprehensively improve the quality of regional water environment and continuously improve the level of water ecological civilization construction in Nantong.
