摘　　要：剖析了地方高校学科队伍建设存在的问题,探索了学科队伍建设策略。认为地方高校学科队伍建设只有聚焦引育高层次人才、打造特色学科、建设学科平台、加快学科国际化四方面的工作,才能实现学科建设水平的全面提升。It analyzes the problems existing in the construction of disciplines in local universities and explores its strategies. It is considered that the construction of discipline level can be improved in an all-round way only by focusing on high-level talents, creating characteristic disciplines, building discipline platforms and speeding up discipline internationalization.
