摘　　要：系统思维实质上是一种不同于传统习惯思维的复杂思维方法,其看待世界、理解事物以及变革事物的不同环节构成了差异协同的思维系统过程。全面、整体并系统地对治理现代化和管理现代化进行认识、理解、把握和创新,是现代系统思维固有的品质和特点。系统思维是决策具有科学合理性的前提,当下的管理决策更应坚持系统化思维,从社会主要矛盾的变化出发研究社会整体发展规律,从而绘制社会发展蓝图,彰显系统思维之功效。Systematic thinking is essentially a complex way of thinking different from traditional habitual thinking. Its different links of looking at the world and understanding things and transforming things constitute a process of differentiated and synergistic thinking system. It is the inherent quality and characteristic of modern systematic thinking to comprehensively and systematically understand, grasp and innovate the modernization of governance and management. Systematic thinking is the premise of scientific and rational decision-making. At present, management decision-making should insist on systematic thinking and study the law of social development as a whole from the change of main social contradictions, so as to draw a blueprint for social development and highlight the effectiveness of systematic thinking.
